About me

I've covered a lot of bases in my career as a designer spanning more than a decade. I've worked for a design studio, in-house for a charity, as a freelancer and I have a Masters degree in Design from Wrexham university.

Thanks to these opportunities, I have a wealth of experience designing for both professional print and digital, across various sectors. From arts organisations to dog groomers and everything in-between, I’ve done a lot.

A core principle in my work is a minimalist approach, stripping away the unnecessary to leave only what is important. My design ethos is inspired by the Bauhaus design school and the artists Ellsworth Kelly and Bridget Riley, who are all known for a minimalist design approach.

Graphic design is about communicating a message, and I believe in a collaborative process with my clients to ensure I’m helping them say what is important. Away from graphic design, I can usually be found on long forest walks, reading about folklore and drinking far too much tea.
