Hi I’m Dan, a graphic designer helping you say what’s important.

Hot Cherry

I worked with Hot Cherry to create a new website, which led to a full rebrand. They wanted to develop a style that is a visual representation of their business ethos. Bold, forward-thinking and boundary pushing.

Darwin’s Discoveries

After an open call for artists and designers, I was selected to create Darwin inspired flags that would hang in Shrewsbury town centre throughout Summer. The flags depicted animals that Darwin may have encountered, with a colourful and geometric twist.

GFI

GFI were looking to update their visual identity to better align with who they are as an organisation, their future plans and to attract new clients. I worked with the team to create a full rebrand that is recognisable but flexible and most off all, fun.

The Hive

I worked in collaboration with Good Thing studio to create a memorable, energetic and flexible brand that would fit in well with The Hive’s wide variety of charity work and ethos. Since the initial rebrand I have worked on a number of projects for The Hive, developing the brand further.

Shrublingdale

Shrublingdale is a self-funded zine project, inviting people to work through and give each character their own name. The zine was given out for free and ended up in arts centres, vets practices, kindness boxes, train stations and various other places around the UK.

Bounce Back

I worked with the Shrewsbury BID and Shrewsbury Town council on this campaign. This post lockdown project included posters, banners, floor stickers and other outdoor elements to encourage people to feel safe, and enjoy Shrewsbury town centre.

  • "I just want to say a massive thank you for doing all of this for us. I cannot express my appreciation enough. You have gone above and beyond, and in a funny way the new logo really has given us all the “pick me up” that we need at the moment."

  • "Daniel helped us produce a new set of flyers for our business. We are delighted with the end product. He took the time to listen carefully and brought creativity and ingenuity to the design. He was exceptionally patient, making sure the end product was something we were genuinely happy with."

    Vicki Worsley, Mindful Space

  • "Arts Alive are delighted with the design of our new brochure and Daniel put it together with lightening speed and efficiency, matching our brief entirely and making amends swiftly so we were able to get it out to our promoters. He’s brought a fresh look and some bold simplicity to the brochure."
